H20P - Plywood Wall Form System
:

H20P - Plywood Wall Form System consists of plywood as surface exposed to concrete and panels made of H20 timber beam and steel walers as support. This combination lightens the form.

H20 wall form stands out as the lightest system among all similar form systems.

Panels can be designed in a manner that they can resist required concrete pressure between 40 kN/m2 and 80kN/m2 by changing connection intervals of supporting components. 

Panels can be connected to each other side by side or as overlapped or at corners with connection details that can be applied easily.

Angular parts and adaptor panels are available for various applications. Standard panels are manufactured with 250 mm intervals starting from 1000 mm and going up to 2500 mm. They can also be used for concreting of high walls.

For retaining walls, foundation walls, dam walls, it can also be used as single-sided wall form thanks to the reinforcing system designed for such applications.

FRWF - Steel Wall Form System
:

FRWF Steel Wall Form is a special system with concrete pressure capacity of 100 kN/m2. Surface flatness reaches lowest tolerance levels due to high production technology. Laser-cut, 4mm thick steel surface provides perfect dimensional accuracy and excellent concrete surface.

FRWF system comes with full package. All accessories are mounted and foldable on the panels. It allows big advantages with transportation, handling and storage of the forms. System provides single casting height up to 12m by easy superposition of panels. 

Safety is the biggest priority when it comes to FRWF wall form system. The collective safety is guaranteed in use thanks to all the equipments such as work platform, back guard-rail and front guard-rail accessories, toe-end barrier, platform bracing etc.

REVOLA - Framed Wall Form System
:

Introduction:

MESA-Revola Wall Form System is designed and manufactured for concreting of load bearing walls and columns.

System ensures the higher concrete quality, perfect durability by setting new standards and cost efficiency due to its characteristics on easy cleaning, easy stocking with reduced quantities.

REVOLA System is crane-dependent but admits very high concrete pressure up to 88 kN/m2 when using suitable tie-rods of diameter 20mm.System shortens the concreting time since high resistance to concrete pressure. Specially designed frames are produced from high strength steel and they are manufactured of closed profiles welded in mitred joints. 

Types of REVOLA System and Surface Material:

Concrete facing materials differs according to demands of the construction sites.

REVOLA-S with Steel Plate having 4 mm thickness,

REVOLA-P Plywood having 21 mm thickness

REVOLA-L Composite Polypropylene Plate having 20 mm thickness

When smooth and fluent concrete surface is on demand, tempered steel plate with 4 mm thickness is suitable. Without carrying out any maintenance, steel faced panels could be used at least 500 times.

21 mm plywood or 20 mm composite panels could also be applied on surface by making easy the reconditioning processes.

LOGICA - Framed Wall Form System
:

Introduction

MESA-Logica Wall Form System is designed and manufactured for concreting of load bearing walls and columns in a simpler way.

System ensures the higher concrete quality, perfect durability by setting new standards and cost efficiency due to its characteristics on easy cleaning, easy stocking with reduced types of components.

MESA-Logica Wall Form System is crane-dependent as well as it could be used without crane due to decreased weights of panels having 1200 and 1500 mm height. Without taking into account of rate of displacement of concrete, maximum 2,700 mm height of concrete could be cast by Logica Wall Form when using tie-rods of diameter 15mm.

System also shortens the concreting time due to such a high resistance to concrete pressure which reaches up to 60 kN/m2. Specially designed frames are produced from high strength steel and they are manufactured of closed profiles welded in mitred joints.  

Types of LOGICA System and Surface Material:

Available concrete facing materials could be two types;

LOGICA - P with 15 mm thick Plywood

LOGICA - L with 15 mm thick Composite Polypropylene Plate

Both materials could also be applied on surface by making easy the reconditioning processes. Composite Polyurthane Plates could be used up to 1000 times with periodic maintenances.

MODULA - Man-Handled Wall Form System
:

MODULA is the man-handled modular wall form system which is practical for short walls and concrete structures like foundations, footings.

The assembly and dismantling is very fast by using key bolts. This system is designed for maximum versatility.It can be used as man-handled or, assembled by means of walings and lifted by crane. Any dimension is practically achieved by combining standard panels and adaptors.

Easy transportation and storage, durability and saving in finishing works through high quality surfaces are some of the characteristics of this system.

Folding Shaft Forms
:

Box type steel folding forms are specially designed to be used inside shafts of buildings. System solves the assembly, dismantling and lifting problems inside the shaft.

The foldable mechanism enables the system to be easily stripped from concrete and the formwork climbs to next level with the help of tower crane.

Practical assembly and stripping provides savings from labour costs and crane time. Steel box shaft forms could be used at openings up to 6 m width.
