MESA LOCK is a multi-purpose cup-lock system, suitable for access and formwork support in all types of construction of building & civil engineering projects. This complete galvanised system is one of the fastest and widely preferred shoring system.
The main feature of MESA-LOCK Shoring System is the unique node locking method which allows up to four horizontal members to be fastened to a vertical member in one action by a single hammer blow - without the use of nuts and bolts or wedges.
The locking node is formed by two cups, a fixed lower cup which is welded to the vertical member at every 50cm intervals and a sliding upper cup. First the forged blade ends of the horizontal member are connected loosely but safely to the lower cup. Than the upper cup is lowered down and rotated by a hammer blow to lock the node point which results in a safe and rigid connection.
The special locking method enables the system to be faster and simpler to implement than any other scaffold system. It provides major savings in erection and dismantling durations and therefore minimizes project costs.
Another key strength of Cup-Lock system is being extremely versatile. It is ideal for many applications as formwork support, or general access scaffold, staircase tower, mobile tower and table form. It has flexible erection as straight, curved or circular configuration for both access and support purposes. For formwork support, a wide number of grid & height variations can be created to suite differing load requirements and decking systems.
MESA LOCK system is designed and manufactured in accordance with British Standards. It is fully hot-dip galvanized and all components are made from high-quality steel. All vertical/horizontal tubes are 48.3mm in diameter having a wall thickness of 3.25mm.
High material quality together with hot-dip galvanized finish ensures high-resistance to corrosion and damage. As a result MESA LOCK system has a long working life and durability with low maintenance. Its modular & simple nature also provides ease of handling and minimal space requirements for storage.
The rigid node point and quality level of components provides a lightweight system with a high load bearing capacity. Each leg can carry up to 6.15 tons depending on the configuration of horizontal connection.
There are no loose parts to misplace which makes the system easy to use. The simplicity of the component range is a major strength of the system. Basic horizontal and vertical members with upper/lower jacks make the core of system for all structures. However, with the addition of a small number of special components, smart scaffold solutions can easily be created for complex structures requiring access scaffold or formwork support.

MESA FLEX Shoring Series introduces a wide range of utilities to the Construction World.
With two different Main Frames of MESA FLEX having two different load-bearing capacities designed for Heavy and Medium duties, the most economical formwork investment and optimum labor cost during application is the main target.

Capacity Ranges and Scope:
Mesa Flex Shoring Series are designed and manufactured according to the classification of load bearing capacities arising from the Site requirements.
In two different types of Frames having different load bearing capacities, three standard heights of modules are available; 1,800mm, 1,500mm and 900 mm.
Each of these three type of Frames is the member of following types of Mesa Flex Series;
Mesa Flex 60 Series (MF-60)
For Heavy Duties, provides load-bearing capacity up to 60 kN/leg.
Suitable for falsework applications on bridge buildings or similar areas of civil engineering (such as any industrial and power-station constructions), where the tower height is important and comparatively high vertical loads or high horizontal external forces such as wind loads are the subjects of requirements.
Mesa Flex 40 Series (MF-40)
For Medium Duties, provides Load-bearing Capacity up to 40 kN/leg.
In addition to the scope of MesaFlex 60 Series, MesaFlex 40 Series is also suitable for industrial construction fields but if less vertical loads have to be taken into account. Setting up a large-area Table Form is also possible.
Economy When Purchasing:
No need to buy the Tower Frames having load-bearing capacity which is more than enough for the solution of application. Completely hot dipped galvanised parts and accessories will serve to the Site for many years.
Since the same Main Frames could be used as falsework, shoring or load-bearing tower, slabform or tableform, additional simplified accessories and components will give great versatility for re-use of the Mesa Flex Series to the Construction Site in the future.
Three different Frame heights (1800-1500-900 mm) with two different widths for each (1200 - 1500 mm) and six different inter-frame spacers (cross-diagonals;1000-1200-1500-2000-2500-3000 mm) give variable solution alternatives for positioning of Mesa Flex Shoring Series on any plan.
Desired heights are simply achieved by upper and lower screw-jacks.
Economy during application:
For towers, both horizontal and vertical assembly are possible without any ordinary tool requirements. Quick and easy assembly feature save assemby time.
Reduced and optimised weights of Main Frames of three different Mesa Flex Series and their components are easily transported, transferred and stacked.
Number of accessories and components are extremely low and most of those are also same in three different Mesa Flex Shoring Series.
All parts (i.e. main frames, cross-diagonals, diagonals, jacks etc.) are man-handled and easy-to-handle.
Stacking is easy because of the special MesaFlex scuttles. With Table-Carrier, both lifting and lowering of Table Forms and also transferring them are possible.
Permissively determined high load-bearing capacity enables all safety necessities during application.
Stability of comparatively wide frame increases the working safety also.
Frames connected to each other or in a shape of a simple Table Form are easier to strike and dismantle because of their extenuated weights.
MESA Telescopic Props are designed and manufactured according to EN 1065.
All components of the system are hot-dip galvanized.
Props are used with crosshead (or U head), tripod and H20 timber beams to complete the formwork system for any type of slab.
Adjustable telescopic steel props are available in four standard sizes: 3000, 3500, 4000 and 4500 mm. Special props with different height and capacity can be supplied up on request.
Tripods with a clutching height of 750 mm. are provided as to keep the props in vertical position.
Other complementary components of telescopic prop system can be beam forms, drop head accessories, guardrails. Plywood or 3ply can be used as shuttering panels for slab.
Mesa Prop Table Form System makes it so easy to form large areas of slab in a fast and safe way . The systems adaptability for different engineering and architectural requirements on site makes it so efficient to use. It provides great safety around slab edges.

Mesa Deck is a light-weight aluminium panel system with drophead. This man-handled deck system provides early striking even the next day after concreting if the slab thickness and strangth of concrete are suitable. Dropheads are released which drops the deck panels and main beams . Panels are stripped and taken to the next phase.
Aluminium framed panels can be used with plywood or composite polypropylene plates.
