Zafer Özdek was born in Urla in 1975. After İzmir Atatürk High School, he was graduated from the International Relations Department of 9 Eylül University in 1997. He took office in 1998 at TC Ziraat Bankası. He worked as a specialist, manager, and head of department in several departments and branches of Ziraat Bank. He is still working as Head of Department at the Ziraat Finance Group. Zafer Özdek is married with two sons and he speaks English.
